Configuring Website Settings
Navigate to Settings > Website as an Administrator to access these settings.
Settings Tabs
General
- Sold Out Text
Text for sold out showtimes, appears in place of the Buy Tickets dropdown when a showtime is sold out (html is accepted, a). Defaults to "Sold Out". - Buy Tickets button text
Text for "Buy Tickets" buttons site-wide. If left blank, defaults to "Buy Tickets". This text can be overridden on individual showtimes by editing the Showtime under Movies > Showtimes. - Show Social Media Icons in the Header?
Check this box to show your social media icons in the top right corner of your site header. You'll need to fill out the following settings with links to your social media accounts. - Facebook Default Image
Default image for Facebook shares. Square images work best, minimum 200 x 200 pixels. - Facebook Page URL
URL to your organization's Facebook page. Used for the icons in the upper right corner of your site, if enabled by the "Show Social Media Icons in the Header?" option. Must begin with https:// - Twitter URL
URL to your organization's Twitter stream. Used for the icons in the upper right corner of your site, if enabled by the "Show Social Media Icons in the Header?" option. Must begin with https:// - Instagram URL
URL to your organization's Instagram profile. Used for the icons in the upper right corner of your site, if enabled by the "Show Social Media Icons in the Header?" option. Must begin with https:// - Youtube URL
URL to your organization's Youtube channel. Used for the icons in the upper right corner of your site, if enabled by the "Show Social Media Icons in the Header?" option. Must begin with https://
Analytics
- Google Analytics ID
If you have an account with Google Analytics, enter your GA Tracking ID here and we will output the correct tracking code. The code begins with "UA-" and can be found in your Google Analytics admin area.
Checkout
- Confirmation Page Title
Title for the top of the order confirmation page after a successful checkout. - Enable Mailing Address Fields on Checkout Page?
Check this box to collect mailing addresses on the checkout page. Checking this box will also enable inclusion of mailing address fields in the Orders Export report. - Enable Phone Field on Checkout Page?
Check this box to collect phone numbers on the checkout page. Checking this box will also enable inclusion of phone numbers in the Orders Export report. - Order Confirmation Message
Custom message to display on the order confirmation page and in order confirmation emails. This confirmation message only applies to customers purchasing tickets to scheduled showtimes (online or in-person). - Website Ticketing Terms
Terms of purchase which customer must agree to before being able to complete their purchase. These terms only apply to customers purchasing tickets to scheduled showtimes (online or in-person). Example would include: "I understand there are no refunds." You can also create a separate page with your ticketing terms and link to it from this field. - Donations Enable customers who buy tickets online to add a donation to their order. Instructions here.
Search
- Show Search In Header?
Check this box to include a keyword search field in the top right corner of your header on all pages. -
Advanced Search Fields
Check which fields to enable on at the top of the search results page, which people can use for more advanced searches. This will also affect the fields available to enable on the Search section when using the Flexible Content template.
Site Address
Only applies to sites that use a subdirectory in the URL.
Your "current site" is the one that will load when someone visits your root domain. For example, if your domain is example.com and you have a new festival site each year, you'll want to make sure that people load example.com/thisyear instead of example.com/lastyear when they type in example.com. Click "Make this my current site" to make the site you're logged into now, your "current site".
