Rentals Reports

There are two types of Rentals Reports: Single Rental Pass Offer and Rental Views Export

To access either report, navigate to Sales > Reports in your Dashboard, then to the Rentals tab.

Single Rental Pass Offer Report

If you choose the Single Rental Pass Offer report type, a dropdown will appear letting you specify the Rental Pass Offer you'd like to report on.

Simply choose the Rental Pass Offer you'd like, and click "Download CSV". The generated report will have the following data:

• Rental Pass Offer name
• Report generation time
• Passes issued — The total number of passes issued (including both sold and comped passes)
• Gross — The gross sales for this pass, excluding any booking fees.

Then, each Order that included the specified Single Rental Pass Offer will be listed, with each Order on its own row. Each row will have the following data for the Order:

• Order Date
• Order ID
• Customer Name
• Customer Email
• Views — How many rental views this rental pass has been used for
• Price — The price of the rental pass at the time of the order
• Link  — The URL for this rental pass (where the customer went to watch the rented content)

Rental Views Export

If you choose the Rental Views Export report type, there will be no other options or configuration required to generate the report. Simply click "Download CSV", and the Rental Views Export will be generated and downloaded.

In it will be the following data:

• Report generation time
• Total views

Then, each rental view will be listed in its own row, with the following data:

• View Date/Time
  
• Show Title
• Customer Name
• Customer Email
• Rental Pass Offer Title
• Rental Pass ID
