Showtime Reports

There are two types of Showtime Report: Single Showtime and Showtimes in Date Range.

To access both reports, navigate to Sales > Reports in your Dashboard, then to the Showtime tab.

Selecting a Report Type

At first, the Showtime tab will only have one element you can interact with: the Showtime Report type. You must select either Single Showtime or Showtimes in Date Range for the rest of the controls to appear, with which you can specify the date range and other options for your report.

Single Showtime Report

If you choose the Single Showtime report type, a date picker labeled "Select Day" will appear. When you choose the day on which the Showtime occurred, another field will appear which lists all of the Showtimes that occurred on the specified day.

Choose the specific Showtime you'd like, then you will have the option to download or email the generated CSV file.

You can also click the "This Week" or "Last Week" links next to the date pickers to auto-fill them with those dates. Note that this report can only include showtimes on past dates.

There's a checkbox labeled "Include ticket types" as well—if you check this, then the generated report will include an additional column for each ticket type the showtimes sold, with the sales for each ticket type.
