Orders Export

The Orders Export is a CSV export of all orders on your site within a customizable date range.

To create an Orders Export, navigate to Sales > Reports in your Dashboard, then click the Orders Export tab.

Next, specify a date range of Orders to export. You can do this by using the date pickers above the "Download CSV" button: Either click the date picker fields directly to specify dates, or click the "This Week" or "Last Week" links next to the date pickers to auto-fill the date picker fields with the corresponding dates (note, weeks in our system run from Friday - Friday per the industry standard).

Once those fields are populated with dates, you can click "Download CSV".

Each Order that was made within the specified date range will be output on its own line, where the following data from each Order is listed:

  • Order ID
  • Date
  • Customer First Name
  • Customer Last Name
  • Customer Email
  • Customer Billing Postal Code
  • ItemThe ticket, rental pass, or membership purchased.
  • Type — Whether the Order is for an Online showtime or not.
  • Qty — How many items were purchased.
  • Subtotal —The price of the items, excluding booking fees.
  • Booking Fees
  • Total — The price of the items, plus booking fees.

Note: If an order contains more than one Item, there will be one row per item in the Orders Export. This means one order can result in more than one row. In these cases, each row will have the same Order ID.

Adding Customer Addresses and Phone Numbers

If you collect customer addresses and/or phone numbers at checkout, then an additional column for each piece of data will be added to the default Orders Export columns listed above.

To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Website in your Dashboard, then to the Checkout tab.

  • If the "Enable Mailing Address Fields on Checkout Page?" option is checked, then customers will need to provide their mailing address at checkout, and a mailing address column will be added to the Orders Exports.
  • If the "Enable Phone Field on Checkout Page?" option is checked, then customers will need to provide their phone number at checkout, and a phone number column will be added to the Orders Exports.
