Sales Overview

The Sales Overview page in your Dashboard summarizes all of the ticket sales on your site. It's a useful page for getting a higher-level look at sales data.

To find this page, navigate to Sales > Sales Overview in your Dashboard. You'll note the following pieces of data:

• Report Generation Time — This is a header at the top of the page that will states when the report was generated, which in this case is simply the time at which you accessed the page. If you want a more up-to-date Sales Overview, simply refresh the page!
• Total Gross — The total gross sales on the site (excluding booking fees), with sub-headers for two categories of gross sales generation (e.g. "Tickets", "VOD Rentals".)
• Booking Fees Collected — The total booking fees collected. This amount is not included in the Total Gross
• Total Tickets Issued — The total amount of tickets issued, which includes both tickets sold and tickets comped, with sub-headers breaking down how many were sold and how many were comped.
• Tickets By Station — A breakdown of the total tickets issued by station (sold or comped). 
• Ticket Types — A table that breaks down how many tickets of each ticket type were issued (sold or comped), and what the gross sales of that ticket type were (excluding booking fees).
• Showtimes — A table that breaks down how many tickets in total were issued for each showtime, how many tickets were used for each showtime, and what the gross sales were for each showtime (excluding booking fees).
