Q. How do I enter a Shorts Program?
If you are entering content manually:
- For each individual short film, navigate to Movies > Add New and fill out the details for the film.
- Navigate to Movies > Programs and click Add New. Fill out the title, description, running time, and featured image. Scroll down to "In This Program" and select your shorts. You can drag and drop to reorder the shorts as you want them to appear on the shorts program page.
- Publish this page and click View Program in the admin bar. This is the URL to your shorts program!
If you are entering content via the Google Sheets import:
- Enter a row in your Shows sheet for each individual short film, and fill out the short's details. Be sure to fill out a unique ID in the ID column (this is required for all shows anyway, but you'll particularly need it filled out for this task).
- Enter a row in your Shows sheet for the shorts program itself. Be sure to enter "Program" in the Type field.
- In the "Program Includes" column, enter the IDs of the shorts you entered in step 1.
Q. What image dimensions should I use?

Q. What if I don't have an image for every show?
Your website will look best if you have a featured image set on every show. Some parts may look broken if there are missing images. If you don't have an image for every show, we recommend using a default image that has your logo or other text as a placeholder.
