Deleting / Resetting a Rental View
Occasionally a customer will reach out with a technical issue, and the best solution is to have them try watching their rental in a different browser, but they are unable to because they've already started it in one browser, and it's now locked there.
Instead of issuing them a new Rental Pass, which can skew your sales reports, you can simply delete their view. Deleting a rental view will remove any previous browser lock and 24 hour watch period, so they can start fresh. To delete a view:
- Navigate to Rentals > Purchased.
- Find the customer's Rental Pass by searching for their name.
- Click on the Rental Pass and find the view that needs to be reset.
- Click the Delete link next to the view.
