Deleting / Resetting a Rental View

Occasionally a customer will reach out with a technical issue, and the best solution is to have them try watching their rental in a different browser, but they are unable to because they've already started it in one browser, and it's now locked there. 

Instead of issuing them a new Rental Pass, which can skew your sales reports, you can simply delete their view. Deleting a rental view will remove any previous browser lock and 24 hour watch period, so they can start fresh. To delete a view:

  1. Navigate to Rentals > Purchased.
  2. Find the customer's Rental Pass by searching for their name.
  3. Click on the Rental Pass and find the view that needs to be reset.
  4. Click the Delete link next to the view.
