Pre-Launch Checklist - Sales

Before launching your site, make sure you've checked these items off your list. 

Also make sure you've reviewed all of our other Pre-Launch Checklists.

  • Ensure your Stripe account is connected
    • You can confirm this by navigating to Settings > Festival Setup > Sales in your Dashboard and confirming the correct name appears. Learn how to connect your Stripe account here.
  • Ensure all email settings are filled out
    • Navigate to Settings > Festival Setup > Email in your Dashboard and review all of the settings there, making any adjustments as needed. 
    • If you have VOD Rentals enabled, go to Settings > Rentals and confirm the Default Rental Pass Order Confirmation Text is filled out as desired
  • Ensure sure you've made a test purchase and reviewed the email 
    • If you don't want to use your real credit card, contact us to temporarily enable Test Mode for credit card processing
    • In Test Mode, make a test purchase (we'll provide you test card details when we turn on Test Mode) 
    • Ensure the checkout process works smoothly, and take close look at the order confirmation email you receive
    • Confirm the email's image and content are correct
    • Refund your test purchase(s)
    • Contact us to turn Test Mode back off if it was turned on.
