Collecting Payments Outside the System

The best way to capture payments that happen outside the website's checkout form or Box Office app (e.g. a sale that is paid with Cash or Check) is to manually process the order as a Cash order.

The process is very simple:

• Ensure that you are logged in as an administrator on your site
• Add the purchase items to your cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Complete the checkout using the "Cash" payment method
